In the words of Andrew Fishman: So for those of you who do not think the school is listening to the students, I have proof that they are. Paul Mutone has been scheduled into talking at the faculty meeting today about the Cave/Chartwells situation. He is going to go there and try to dismiss the notion that there is a problem with what the school is doing. He is going to say that he asked the students opinion and they agreed; which is completely false. We need your help today more than ever. Today is the day that we can show that the students have a voice at Trinity. Today, we can show that all the time and effort that everyone has put in has been worth it. Today we can make the difference. We will be protesting outside of this meeting today. The meeting is at McCook auditorium at 4:15. We will be starting around 3:50. We need all the support that we can get! What are we demanding? 1. A student decision committee - giving students a voice in this issue (which the school has already expressed a desire for) 2. No changes for 1 year - Allowing students and staff to have time for meaningful dialog instead of the school trying to keep us blindly obedient Tell your friends, share it on facebook, do whatever to help spread the word. Let us show Paul that we are a community, not a bunch of individuals.
