In the year of pres. Clinton Era. the tax for those who are earning $100k or more pays an income tax of 40%. the result was a surplus and we balance the budget. in the Y2K, as year of disaster ,supreme court decide who will be the president. G W Bush era start. We have the 9 11 disaster,and this era spend all the surplus money of Pres. Clinton, and cut the income tax for the rich , those who are earning $100K or more will pay now only 10% income tax. They start 2 wars and the deficit grows to $100 trillion , and we owe money from China like $55 trillion. now the GOP congreess blames the poor for the deficit. and cut all social programs to help the poor. If G O P congress will do the same tax as Pres. Clinton $40% of $100k , we will not be in this situation. The Rich has a good lobbyist to protect thier interest.but remember this .
