In these few years, China has been troubled by Obamas Back to Asia policy, such as the attacks from Vietnam, the Philippines and Japan but recently the USA has been troubled badly by the ISIS (the Islamic Caliphate). So the USA has to leave China aside and to go back to the Middle East to deal with this fierce Islamic enemy first and then attacks China later. While the USA is so busy with dealing with the ISIS, it has to waste much time, money, effort and resources on this Islamic issue and it will give enough time for China to rise quicker and quicker and to become stronger and stronger within 5 years time. So by the time China becomes stronger and richer, the USA will even have harder time to handle this Awaken Dragon of the East. So ten thousand thanks be to the ISISs help for the quicker rise of China.
