In thinking about the Resurrection of Christ, my mind has been drawn to the words POWER of the resurrection. The Greek word for power is dunamis, from which we get our words dynamite, dynamic, dynamo. A companion word is able or ability. Thats dynatos. Very similar. The Power that brought Christ from the grave is the same power by which we live and move and have our being. The close connection is to obvious to be ignored. Despite the association with dynamite, the power of God is not just explosive or destructive. If you have time or interest, check out how frequently and in what context power, ability, able is used. In any case, the God we serve is a God of strength, not weakness. He can do what He says He can do.
