In this age of TECHNOLOGY and ELECTRONICS, with all the new and latest video games that are produced year after year, I’m AMAZED that someone hasn’t yet CREATED a VIDEO GAME called, “Church.” I would imagine there’d be POINTS given for the amount of ATTENDANCE per week; the number of times members of the CONGREGATION run around the SANCTUARY in circles; for those who could HIGH-FIVE the MOST people per service; those who REPEATED the MOST number of PHRASES in the ears of their NEIGHBORS sitting on each side of them; for those who could jump, shout, dance, and spin around like a top the MOST and FASTEST until they were dizzy and fell out on the floor TWITCHING out of control; for those who could speak the MOST words in an UNKOWN LANGUAGE without CONSTANTLY repeating themselves; for those who could EMPTY their POCKETS of the most amount of MONEY fastest and get it on the ALTAR before anyone else; and for those who could be the greatest MINSTRELS in the pulpit while PREACHING whatever they can preach to excite the people the MOST without actually SAYING anything anyone can REMEMBER was preached AFTER the service ends! On the other hand, one would LOSE POINTS were they to ATTEMPT to PROMOTE any GODLY VALUES, TEACH DISCIPLESHIP, suggest WITNESSING about Jesus or SALVATION, and attempt to get anyone SAVED!!! And the HIGHEST SCORER at the end of the GAME gets to WARM their own special PEW!!! Now wouldn’t that be an AWESOME video game worth PLAYING? Wow, instead of calling it, “Church,” a BETTER name for it would be, “PLAYING CHURCH.” Oh wow! My bad! That GAME already EXISTS, having been INVENTED by the DEVIL!!
