In this age of revealing the false will be seen as the false. Therefore what has been hidden will be revealed and boy are we seeing it. Carl Jung said. Your character is your fate and Freud What you oppress you become With this in mind living in denial or cognitive dissonance will result in much pain and suffering for those who hold within what should be released. We have all heard of cleansing the psyche, it is a part of the process of purification and part of the journey. Emptying out unto the self, introspection, looking back and facing the shadows that lurk within, bringing them up to the conscious mind having been buried often for many, many years. Not easy as facing the soul is what so many will avoid at all costs. And with the right intention and often without having to pay great amounts for someone elses help it can be done.
