Im thinking we need laws that more clearly define this as a crime. How about a law on Menacing with a Motor Vehicle that defines passing close, following closely behind, and stopping short in front of another road user with intent to intimidate as a crime, and specifies that statements telling the other road user to go somewhere else are prima facia evidence of intent?
