In this case the motorist pulled a gun -- so anyone can plainly see the threat to use deadly force. But in the more common case, the motorist merely uses his vehicle as a weapon to intimidate. Im thinking we need laws that more clearly define this as a crime. How about a law on Menacing with a Motor Vehicle that defines passing close, following closely behind, and stopping short in front of another road user with intent to intimidate as a crime, and specifies that statements telling the other road user to go somewhere else are prima facia evidence of intent?
