In this country we are starting to have no respect for policy in most places whether it be in our government, work place, schools. I mean Ill never condone what Ray Rice did but what ever happened to he policy that was just passed stating a first time offender gets a 6 game suspension and a second offense is a life time ban. They messed up the original ruling and now they treat him like a repeat offender because the video is out. I wasnt surprised by what I saw in that video at all. I mean how the hell did they think she got knocked unconscious!!! Ray Rice cant be excused for what he did but that doesnt mean the rules and policy can just be disregarded especially with a person with no history or criminal behavior prior to this incident!!!!
