In this industry there is a lot of conflicting advice. A lot of opinions and nothing really set in stone as the correct way to do anything when it comes to nutrition. There are diets that are based on: - High Protein - Low Fat - No Fat - Low Carb - No Carb - No fruit - All fruit - No Food (Shakes) - All Food (No Shakes) - Just Water - Oxygen only The list goes on and each of their owners have science why theirs work and why the others dont and why theirs in the best. They only one thing they all have in common is: They have their own way of making you eat less. Whichever one you follow, you are supposed to be in a calorie deficit. With my method, I like to think its one of the healthiest all round ways of doing so using hormonal strategies - years of research based on the human body and its workings. Sure, everybody will think they have found the BEST one. Thats great, if you found a system that works great for you and you feel optimal following it. Or do you really feel optimal? Many systems have you feeling bloated, hungry, emotional, frustrated , tired all the time. You might lose weight but there are very few which have your full body ideal health in mind. - Your digestive system - Your brain - Your cardio system - Your nervous system - Your mood, cravings etc - Your hair, skin, nails and eyesight Most diets have a start and a finish date. That is no good. You need to look after your health from today and finish never. Dont follow a diet to lose a stone at the expense of your health!!!
