YES – it’s true because I’ve been through other schools who told me they were the best, and yet “AMPAO” lang pala. With Ms. Rose of JETROSE BREAD BAKING CLASSES, her approach and ways are so much better…it’s like bread that has proofed and baked perfectly. All is 100% satisfaction! She is not just a teacher, but a God-given mentor. I say God-given because I came from a horrifying situation where I had a bakery that is full of frustrations – from my bakers to materials and the equipment we had. When I came to Ms. Rose’s bread baking classes, I had a very gloomy face. But now after hearing, learning and trying and experiencing with my own bare hands all the breads I baked, I can now smile and look forward to a bright future ahead for our bakery. About the breads, they are all soft and malasa, and patok lahat sa Kapampangans! And Kapampangans are so hard to please! To name a few, the Malungay pandesal is so soft and flavorful; the ensaymadas are the best; the ube bars are a hit among my customers; the crinkles are the best of the best; actually ALL the breads are SUPERB! Going back to the bread baking classes…the lessons are systematic and Ms. Rose was very accommodating in so many ways especially with answering our questions. In a bakery business, you need to have systems that you and your baker will enjoy and I think Ms. Rose presented to us so well and in a way that is easy to apply. I have already been to 3 baking schools and I think JETROSE is No. 1. Hindi tulad ng “ampao”, JETROSE BREAD BAKING CLASSES is really “SIKSIK” with knowledge and practical applications.
