Be it. Hear it. Swallow it. Own it. Love it. Hold it. Nurture it. Honour it. Accept it. Express it. Trust it. Allow it. Then and only then will you be in a position to alter it. Ignore it. Distract yourself from it. Reject it. Resist it. Hate it. Suppress it. Project it. Hide it And it will show up for you, time and time and time again.
