In this season of many things to many people I wish to share this with you. Folks I want to tell you all that Im profoundly and vividly human. I pilot my life like my seafaring ancestors looking for good seas and favorable winds. Sometimes I veer to close to the rocky shores of life, sometimes I gut out storms that I could have avoided had I listened to that weathervane of my personal code and experience tell me. Its all on me. I know that and I accept that. Theres many of you who read this page that I have supped with and I count you as mine. Theres many of you who I have faced in honorable combat who through that shared bond have looked into that naked space of and found you truly skilled, and truly chivalric. The remained still, you may know me only though this electronic medium. In the end its ALL but a show. In the artifice of a game, a social construct we reveal ourselves to each other or we show only that which we want seen other times we see each other unvarnished, raw, and real. To quote the Bard, All the Worlds a stage and all the men and women are merely players. Depending on your seat in the house and your perspective I am to you a hero, a villain, a sage and a fool. I can only play to my part, my script, and to how you see me. You may learn, be revolted, surprised, entertained, or bored by me in the end what you think or feel is on you. As this all plays out I hope you get something out of the time youve spent with me, worth your invest of your lifes currency. With sincere and heartfelt thanks for the time you chose to spend with me.
