In this season of restaurant shifts, we bid a fond farewell to Brandon Hudson, partner and chef at Sera Dining & Winein Fort Worth (moving to something that allows him more time with wife Katie and new baby Owen) and welcome to Jen Williams, who comes aboard (moving from Magnolia Cheese Co) this week. We enjoyed Brandons seared steelhead trout and chargrilled octopus on his last night at Sera last night, and were excited to see the changes Jen has in store.
