In todays age of inexpensive technology one would not think that access to TTY broadcasts would be non-existent for some individuals. Sam is one of those who is baffled by the lack of government response and unavailability of resources to assist in his correcting this issue. It must be infinitely frustrating and in this case, personally hazardous , to not be able to discern what the local weather conditions are. That can be life threatening and we all know that sudden weather changes for the unprepared are life threatening. Perhaps there is someone out there in the community who knows how to access and how to contact those who can help him. Please help if you can and contact Sam via his FB if you have any relevant information. thanks
