In todays entertainment world the average entertainer is so detached from their roots that they rarely return home to see the condition of their neighborhoods. Yes I totally agree with their choices of getting that money and getting their loved ones up out the hood but I dont agree with them not trying to make a difference in the towns they grew up in. The money has changed their focus and in the hip hop world I have no idea what most of these people are even talking about. I turned the television on and saw one dude with a sweater dress on and he is at the top of the charts right now. I dont get it but I do know that through their music they are controlling a generation of young men and women. I dont see the todays hip hop world coming together to do a Stop The Violence Movement because their egos are to gigantic. I know the youngsters probably have never heard this song and may not even know the faces but just listen to the lyrics because they still stand true today. #PenToPaperToEat youtu.be/gTsIpZ_Si3A
