In todays video i share with you what is normal eating for me. Normal eating is something that just happens, without you having to think about it much. Normal eating is eating when your hungry and stopping when your satisfied. It is eating the foods you truly like and eating until you get enough of it, not stopping when you think you should stop, but when you feel you truly had enough. Normal eating is also eating sometimes when you are sad, bored, or just because it feels good without negative feelings about it. Normal eating is eating without guilt or control. It is eating the foods you like and what feels good in your body at any particular time. Food selection can vary from day to day depending on your bodys needs. Normal eating is having nutritious foods but also allowing any other food because you simply enjoy them. Its not only about food, its also about how you feel. It can be eating three times a day, or five, or six, or munching along the way. Its about leaving some delicious food on the plate because you are full and satisfied and you know that you can have this food again later on if you want to. Normal eating is „overeating“ sometimes, but truly enjoying yourself and doing it without guilt. Normal eating is also not eating enough sometimes because your in a hurry, your not as hungry or whatever life situation happens. Normal eating is truly trusting your body and you know that there are no mistakes in eating. Normal eating takes some time in your life, but you know that it is only one important area of your life. Normal eating is flexible and not restrictive. It can vary from day to day depending or your schedule, hunger cues and feelings.
