In todays world it seems that busyness has taken over in the lives of so many people. Too often, we rush through our days, not stopping for long enough to notice, let alone care about those we encounter who are homeless, or need our help in some other way. Too many times unfortunately, those , with whom we cross paths, who are in need of some kind, are marginalized , or at best ignored. This world has become a place where too many people are self centered, and acts of kindness towards others , has become, sadly, the exception. God calls His children to walk differently to this. He calls us to be that good Samaritan who will stop, and lend a helping hand. He asks us to feed the hungry, visit those in prison.,and clothe the naked , for He tells us in His Word that when we do this for the least of these, we are in fact doing it , as unto Him..
