In true fig leaf fashion, It was the serpent... It was the woman You gave me... It was this... It was that... It was him... It was her... All finger-pointing blame came from The First Fig-Leafed Finger-Pointers. And theres only One Second Adam, Christ Jesus, Who can eradicate the fig leaf and transform finger-pointing into unshameful responsibility, forgiveness, reconciliation, and redemption. Therefore, there is now no condemnation [shame] for those who are in Christ Jesus... (Romans 8:1). So much of our time, talent, and treasure in life is spent wrestling our fig leaves away, back from Jesus It is finished..., once-and-for-all, atoning sacrifice for our Sin and sinning. Step away from the fig leaf... and live: Our time, talent, and treasure can be spent in SUCH better ways!
