As a matter of fact, the state comes 15th when it is ranked globally compared to 142 nations standing alongside Germany and bettering many developed nations. The Social Capital indicator evaluates the strength of ‘social cohesion and engagement, as well as community family networks in a society.’ The Legatum Institute which is based in London, is an independent non-partisan public policy organisation.
