The Glass Castle ( Jeanannette Walls) 9.) Room (Emma Donoghue) 10.) The Diary of a Young Girl (Anne Frank) **Some of these books I have read as a child and then as a teacher to my students many many times. Others I have read only once but they really touched my soul.
