Inbox Can I have a private post please 29+4 Slightly embarrassed bit how do I know if my waters are leaking? I have a bad cough anyways but everytime I coughIm loosing a fair amount of fluid it started lastnight I coughed and got a big wet patch on back of pants and leggings so put a sanitary towel on (not pantyliner) and almost filled 3 pads up this morning only when I cough or move a certain way but when I go to toilet my bladders empty and dont need to wee? Is this just urine or could it be waters? This is my 3rd pregnancy and havent done pelvic floor exercises tia x Kelly
