Inbox Ppp. My little 1 is due to start school in september and ive been given forms to fill in with parents details on. He hasnt ever met his biological dad who denies hes the father and isnt involved at all...his choice. Been through court etc. My question is do i have to put his name on these forms for school or can i put my partner of nearly 4 years in the father bit and just put that its his sort of stepdad? Havent heard from my ex for nearly 3 years after all the court bit was finished and dont even have current adress or phone number. Advise please. Thanks in advance x xharrietx
