Incident Info for 7/15 … - El Azteca, 13680 Hwy 9, Damage to Property : Officer responded to location and met with complainant, who wished to document that the front bumper of their vehicle was cracked. Complainant advised they were unsure where or how the damage occurred. - Famous Footwear, 13093 Hwy 9, Theft by Shoplifting : Officer responded to location and met with complainant, who advised that subject had taken a pair of Nikes and proceeded to run out of the store. - Deer Trl, Fraud : Complainant advised that unknown individual had opened several fraudulent accounts, using complainants name and DOB. Report requested for documentation purposes. - Arnold Mill Rd & New Providence Rd, MVA : Officer responded to location in reference to a 2 car MVA; driver 1 was following too closely and struck the rear of vehicle 2. No injuries reported by either party; driver 1 cited for following too closely. - Genesis Way, Entering Auto : Officers responded to the location and met with complainant, who advised that unknown individual had removed $30 in currency from possibly unlocked vehicle. Vehicle showed no signs of forced entry. - WalMart, 5200 Windward Pkwy, Theft by Taking – Motor Vehicle : Officer met with complainant, who advised that subject had borrowed the vehicle but had not returned the vehicle, as agreed. - WalMart, 5200 Windward Pkwy, Theft by Shoplifting / Wanted Person Located : Officers responded to the location in reference to a shoplifting in progress and met with Loss Prevention. LP advised that 3 subjects had concealed items and then left the location; subjects located at McDonalds. Subjects cited, arrested & transported to jail. - Deer Creek Pl, Damage to Property : Officer responded to residence and met with complainant, who advised that their vehicle showed damage on the left rear bumper. Complainant stated that they were unsure where or how the damage occurred. - Buck Way, Domestic Dispute : Officer responded to the location and met with complainant, who advised that complainant and juvenile subject had been involved in a verbal altercation. No physical contact occurred; juvenile subject not on scene upon officer arrival, but later returned.
