Both casualties made it ashore and units RTB. Person reported in the water at Inishkea wearing a life jacket near Blacksod. Sligo CG heli R118 tasked and locates the casualty and lands on rocky area beside the casualty. Ballyglass lifeboats en route. R118 airlifts the male to Sligo Hospital. These incidents stress the importance of wearing life jackets and using a system of trip planning such as SafeTrx. Kerry mountain rescue and R115 tasked to a female cyclist faller at Gap of Dungloe. Female airlifted to Tralee hospital. Heli returned to the gap and medevaced a second male cyclist casualty to hospital. Waterford CG heli R117 carried out a medevac to Cork hospital. Dublin CG heli R116 and Howth CG tasked. RTB when Gardai confirmed out of the water. Dun Laoghaire Coast Guard and lifeboat tasked to a swimmer in difficulty. False alarm with good intent.
