Including my remaining four gigs this month, 2014 was 182 gigs across 13 different countries, returning multiple times to Czechia, Slovakia and Poland. Ive PERSONALLY driven (not been driven by a tour manager) 51,000 miles in various vehicles, had 90 hotel rooms, 26 international flights with 13 stopovers that can last up to seven hours, (each one with a double gig bag on my back containing TWO guitars), jumped on 52 trains and had a bunch of buses and taxis. Ive driven through snow storms, rain, hail and sunshine to bring the circus to town and enjoyed (almost) every minute of it. Thank you to all my friends throughout Europe, Brazil and Russia for the support this year. 2015 is gonna be just as triffic. Gonna have the same schedule but this time Australia is being added. Ive had the time of my life, and one of the busiest years yet, playing for all you guys. However I gotta say it really takes its toll on your body doing all this travelling, then standing up all night, cranking guitars and kicking the shit out of a bass drum. The ol back needs some chiro and Im spending some time getting back in shape for next year, plus Im trying to record a new album. Merry Christmas to everyone out there. See ya on the road somewhere.
