Incom, Inc.—Leading the Way in Employee Development Incom Inc., headquartered in Charlton, Mass., began offering its employees both undergraduate and graduate-level education programs taught in-house by Nichols College faculty. The programs include a Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) degree, and two certificate options in either Advanced Leadership Studies or Business. Several United Lens Company employees are also participating in the Business certificate program. “Incom is demonstrating tremendous commitment to their employees through these programs,” says Dawn Sherman, Assistant Dean for Program Development in Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS). “Because the programs are offered in-house, Nichols is able to customize the program. As a result, our faculty and curriculum reinforce Incom’s goals and vision.”
