Incredible story of an incredible man! Was a friend of my dads. Have known him since I was a child. I got to snow ski with him when he was in his 80s. He still skateboarded then too! My friends... read his story Unbroken and then see the movie in Dec. Directed by Angelina Jolie (her directorial debut I believe). He would not have let her make this movie if he didnt trust her with his story. He waited many years to put his story in the hands of sometime he could trust. Finally Laura Hildenbran (I think I got the last name right) with the book Unbroken and now Angelina Jolie with the movie. Cant wait to see it!
