So let me get this straight: investigating a womans claims to see whether they are true, somehow sends the message that women do not matter; but automatically believing her and condemning her alleged rapist without a trial, somehow does NOT send the message that men do not matter? So granting due process of the law to men is tantamount to saying women are not human beings, but denying men due process somehow is NOT equivalent to denying the humanity of men? Is it just me, or is there a serious lapse of logic here?
