India is innovating: unknown to most of the world... and even most Indians, India is emerging as a leader in innovation. Indias space agencies Mars mission was in many ways the public announcement. But, innovation is not new to India, historically India used to be a nation of innovators, going back several thousand years, although many other cultures and individuals have taken credit, you know, like that bloke Pythagoras who came to India to learn Geometry... within Indias golden era, one can find many examples of incredible innovations, however, centuries of invasions and decimation of its history, and ancient innovative Vedic past, its innovative past was largely lost to the world. However, a new era is upon us. Today, many foreign companies are setting up innovation centers in India to tap into the most important resource for innovation... and that is people. There are many challenges facing India, and the world... you can be part of the problem or become part of the solution. Innovation and creativity is the key to a better tomorrow.
