India launches Gandhi portal for British-Indian children LONDON: India is all set to popularize Mahatma Gandhi among children of British Indians settled in UK. Sam Pitroda and Indias high commissioner to UK Ranjan Mathai are all set to launch a portal in London on January 31. The portal Search for Gandhi is meant for children aged 6 to 15 and will use audios, videos, creatively integrated facts, games and quizzes. Through the portal Youth 4 Gandhi Foundation (Y4G) plans to propagate Gandhi and his values in a way which is fun and has a hint of seriousness attached to it, in both English and Hindi.
