Diwali, the South Asian Festival of Lights, occurs in October or November, according to the lunar calendar. It celebrates the triumph of goodness over evil and honors India’s rich and glorious past. Indian Association of Cambodia invites all members & non-members, Indians & friends of India in Cambodia to celebrate the Grand Diwali Festival Celebrations.
