Indias new government has set out its plans for rapid economic reform, including steps to attract more foreign investment. Asias third-largest economy is also looking at boosting its ties with China - the regions biggest and one of its fastest growing economies. The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Chinas foreign minister in Delhi in the first high-level talks between the rival Asian giants since Mr Modi took charge.
