India’s Nuclear Weapon Delivery Missile — Second Successful Test India has successfully tested, for the second time, a nuclear-capable missile which has the potential to reach the Chinese cities like Beijing and Shanghai. The missile, was first successfully tested in April last year, has a range of 5,000 km (3,100 miles). The Defence Research and Development Organisation said that the latest test of the Agni-V missile meant it was one step closer to being inducted into India’s arsenal at some point in 2014 or 2015. § andeep
