Indictment has never been and is not now a judgment of guilt! - TopicsExpress

Indictment has never been and is not now a judgment of guilt! The facts are that he was well within his executive powers to do what he did. That DA was three times over the legal limit, had a open bottle of vodka in the car, was weaving in and out of a bike lane, fought with the cops that stopped her and was fighting so much at the station she had to be tied into one of those chairs and have a spit-hood put on. She a serious drunk driver and probably not the first time. Perry was well within his legal powers to take the action that he did. There is an old saying in the legal field that: A Grand Jury could indicte a ham sandwich!. Highly doubtful that it will even get to court. It should be remembered that Austin is the only Democrat county in Texas, think that may have something to do with it. Even people like David Axelrod and Jim Trippy, both noted Democrat strategists say that that it is very sketchy and that it would be wiser for a judge to throw it out rather than waste the tax payers money.
