Indigenous Circles United is re-evaluating are current Situation with all of our endeavors, our Partners, and those we choose to service. This past year while a midst many personal struggles, and trials and tribulations as well as financial uncertainty, Indigenous Circles United Sponsored, Co-Sponsored or Funded Multiple Native and Community Based Events, individuals and entities, Raising over $20,000.00 for others, with very little or no reciprocation, what so ever, for our efforts, and that has affected the way in which we view our relationship and partnership with others. We are not looking for, nor expecting a hand out or pat on the back. We are looking for genuine support and reciprocation from those we call our Friends and Partners. We have footed our own bill, without Federal or Tribal Funding. We have stood for the people and supported the Movement without question. Weve fought for our Students and their rights. Weve fought for our Childrens education and Culture. We have visited and broke bread with many Native organizations and have offered our Services free of charge while accepting the fact that Entities with funds pay others for the services we do for free. We will move forward and do so expediently. If you are an Organizational Partner and you havent visited our Center in the Last two Years what message does that send to our Board and our members? If we spend more for less with other Non-Native Vendors how can we be sustainable as a collaborative? To whom it may concern, Friendships and Partnerships are and shall be equal and reciprocal. Re-evaluate what ours means to you. To our genuine supporters, Gratitude for being in the trenches with us and fighting the battle daily....Blessings....
