Individuals who have been leaving comments about the sad situation have pointed the finger of blame at both the animal control facility, and the owners of the dog. Criticism for the facilitys quick killing of the dogs has been brought up, as well as scorn for Roxys familys failure to not only get her spayed, but to keep her safely contained in their yard.
