Individualsrights or human rights Some pointsare to be noted---right of the wife in marital relationship ,same rule also isapplicable in husband case. 1---she hasthe privacy to roam anywhere in the country like the fundamental right of ancitizen 2---she hasher own choice of carrying on any profession she likes if she feels she iseligible for that. 3----she hasher own choice and freedom of doing house hold job as much as she can do. thereshould not be any compulsion or force to do more house work if her healthcondition is not good. if she is under special medical treatment 4-----shemust get all right to live her life asshe likes. 5--- she cankeep her social relation according to her choice besides her maritalrelationship with her husband. 6---she can carryon any religion she likes 7----she canmanipulate her own bank account anddeposit money in any bank she likes. She can handle her own financial matterwithout any interference or control of her husband and in laws. If such rules are violated then, it isconsidered as the controlling of ones wife right in her marital relationship.If she has to undergo any mental trauma or abuse or torture for getting suchrights then it is definitely considered as the domestic violence in her maritalrelationship with her husband, in such case, she can file a case against her inlaws to get her wifes right. If her husband is in high dignitary govt job,then , he cannot violate such fundamental right of an woman. If her child is invery good job also , he must not depend on her mother or forces her to violateher mother right otherwise it is considered as violence and mental torture under domestic violence clause. if they doso, they can be punished by laws.
