Industrial Relations Specialist - Hazeldenes Chicken Farm We are seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to provide strategic and operational support. Key Responsibilities and Duties of the role include: • Analysis of the current Enterprise Agreements to ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009 • Present options to implement Common Law employment contracts or new Enterprise Agreements to replace expiring Agreements • Managing Industrial Relations risk throughout the business by improving employee relations throughout the Business Units • Liaise with Associated Unions and external parties To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills and experience consulting across and multi-disciplined business • Demonstrated ability in developing IR/ER strategy whilst delivering on operational requirements • Ability to analyse risk and develop mitigation strategies for the business • Excellent stakeholder engagement both internal and external • Extensive experience in negotiation of Collective/Enterprise Agreement and Common Law contracts • High level Interpretative skills of said Agreements with the ability to communicate this in effective terms to the business • Experience dealing with Associated Unions is a must seek.au/job/25294436?savedSearchID=8457220&tracking=JMC-0000784j&etcid=4403&etrid=F84A50B4-DB80-43CA-9109-7FD2AD1AF0F4
