The detailed job description for the position is as under: *To draw up a list of Immediate & long-term perspective clients ideally suited for our Media offerings. *Development of Sales Action Plans. *Negotiations with prospective customers in order to maximize the profits *Create and conduct presentations *To ensure and arrange 4 - 6 constructive client calls and meetings daily by each sales person. *To be fully prepared to make necessary presentations most suited to address client needs. *To set a realistic weekly, monthly, half yearly and yearly goals for achievement and carrying out periodic reviews of the same. *To provide all encompassing After Sale Services to our clients. Desired skills: Experience in selling digital marketing, preferably but not essentially SEO or link building or PPC *The ability to build relationships with retail prospects and digital marketing agencies of all sizes *An understanding of SEO, PPC and link building *The ability to discuss technical concepts with colleagues & clients at with levels of understanding The ability to get stuff done! *Thorough understanding of advertising agency functions ( Both online & offline ). *Strong communication skills. *Excellent leadership skills and a person who believes in leading from the front *Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills. *Excellent follow up skills. *Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure. *Expertise in direct sales and CRM. *Marketing, Business or Communications degree preferred. *Comprehensive understanding of general marketing practices. Experience :Minimum of 1 years in a similar function preferably with SME’s or corporates. Qualification:UG/PG(MBA Preferred) Remuneration:At par with the industry standards.
