Inflammation Fighting Smoothie 2 bananas, ripe, raw, and ready 1 cup coconut water 1 tsp agave 2 tsp raw cacao powder 1/4 tsp ginger root powder 1/8 tsp turmeric root powder I am assuming you will use all organic ingredients, right :) Take the bananas and toss them into the blender. Then add the coconut water, agave, and all the powders. Blend well until smooth and creamy. Pour into your fanciest glass and enjoy. I used the cacao as a masking agent since my goal is to eliminate that from my daily intake and turn it into a treat instead. It helps to hide the turmeric and ginger taste although nothing will mask ginger to well :) Turmeric and Ginger are known inflammation fighters. Try this one out and let me know what you think :)
