Info Update on Ron Girt: Ron had a cardiac catheterization today, Aug. 16, 2013. The procedure normally takes 45-60 minutes, whereas with Ron’s procedure today it took the Doctor 2 ½ hours. Praise the Lord for the persistent Doctor who performed this. The nurses told Ron when it was over that most Doctors would have quit earlier and done a by-pass surgery, but this Doctor persisted until he had a breakthrough in the artery and could insert the stent. Ron is being kept in the hospital overnight, and will be released on Saturday. Gail’s sister, Donna, is staying with Gail tonight which is a blessing. Thanks for the continuing prayers for Ron, as well as for Gail’s progression as she continues to exercise and work hard to regain strength, improve her walking and gain use of her right arm
