Info for BIT: Batch 2014 Students, regarding various forms and certificates, or the formalities. The Algorithm: Before going to college ensure you have these: - 8th Sem Marksheet Printout (2) - 1st to 8th Sem Marksheets (4 Sets) - Cash (100 for TC, more for dues, in case you have). - 5 library cards, if you havent already returned them. 0. Submit your marksheet sets for attestation at the student section or Principals office. 1. Go to the reference section library and get the 4 forms for: migration certificate, degree, provisional and NoDues/Refund of caution money. 2. Fill it. Keep your admission number(2010xxx) and enrollment number with you. 3. Get the signatures from -Library(after returning cards and paying dues, if any) - HOD, or anyone signing on his behalf. - Accounts Section.(Here youll be required to pay 100 rupees for TC.) 4. After this go to the students section and say Hello to Deepu Sir. ;) Give him the forms. Here youll be required to submit your 8th SEM MARKSHEET. The degree form will be returned to you, which you shall submit later at the university. You shall receive the TC the next day, after which you must go to the university for Provisional Certificate. Then if youre lucky youll find some friends in the campus. Engage in a fun-filled conversation. And dont forget to collect the marksheets. 5. Visit the college the next day to collect TC.....
