He is coming to conduct information sessions about the U.S.-Timor-Leste Scholarship program (USTL), which provides full financial support for four (4) students from Timor-Leste to study at U.S. undergraduate institutions beginning August 2015. Mr. Hettlinger will be pleased to meet with students, teachers, and administrators interested in the program, and to advise students on how to prepare their applications.
