Information: We felt as though we should pass along some information to those that sell, give or trade dogs and cats on the various Facebook Yard Sale pages and other such publications! If you are doing the above mentioned and you havent provided the first round of shots (with proof) you are in violation of Virginia Code 3.2-6510. We are putting this out there because we have had a number of complaints about people giving away and in some cases selling sick animals and the people receiving those animals are stuck with the bill. We have reached out the the Admins of the various yard sale pages in hopes of educating people about giving away or selling animals in Virginia.
