Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan - intaj The Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan - intaj is seeking to fill the following positions, for more information about intaj and the job descriptions, candidates can check intaj.net and apply by sending their CV to [email protected] Position#1: Members/Customer Account Manager: (One position with a minimum of 2 Years experi­ence, and another position with a minimum of 5 Years experience. Both positions require experience in the IT sector). -Grow, update, and maintain members base. -Ensure successful delivery and continuous enhancement of membership services. -Maintain positive relationship with assigned intaj members, and update their records on regular basis. Position#2: Public Relations and Communications: Candidates must have events management, communications, public relations, and social media experience (Minimum 5 Years experience). -Own all forms of media and communications to build, maintain and manage the reputation of intaj. -Develop and distribute English /Arabic press releases to regular and new media outlets. -Promote the different ICT Sector segments using available and new promotion channels. Position#3: Business Coordinator: (Minimum 5 Years experience) -Research and analyze background information/knowledge for assigned projects. -Own, plan, and execute assigned projects tasks and activities. -Research and analyze, execute the production of sector publications. Position#4: Business Analyst & Researcher: (Minimum 1 to 2 Years experience). -Carry out periodic market research reports and high level analysis. -Develop and manage proposals and grant applications, and organize and manage projects activities. ICT Sector Skills Organization (ICT SSO) The ICT SSO is a new entity incubated within the Information and Communications Technology Associa­tion of Jordan - intaj created to match the qualifications of the ICT talent with the needs of employers. Position#5: ICT Sector Skills Organization Director: -Display passion, motivation, and commitment to mobilize stakeholders support and buy-in. -Lead and manage the rollout of the ICT SSO as a qualifications program mapped to employers needs. -Develop the ICT SSO into a sustainable organization and manage the day-to-day activities and operations. -Develop and manage the ICT SSO as a business unit/organization with revenue, targets, KPIs, and budgets. -Create a sustainable role for the SSO in the ICT ecosystem and Jordanian economy at large. -Develop the members and services, then market and sustain these services. Position#6: Standards and Qualifications Expert: -Manage and maintain all ICT SSO frameworks and standards including (A: Minimum ICT Qualifica­tions, B: Job descriptions and profiles, C: Business and soft-skills requirements for the ICT Sector). -Design and execute training initiatives on frameworks and standards to increase adoption and usage by academic and training institutions, employers, employees and students within ICT in Jordan. Position#7; Curriculum and Training Development Associate: -Design and develop training courses and associated curricula for the SSO. -Work in close collaboration with training providers to ensure meeting the requirements of the ICT Sector. -Execute the accreditation of new and existing training providers. -Provide support to training programs once they have been launched. Position#8: Quality Assurance: -Devise and maintain assessment criteria for accreditation of training providers. -Define certification requirements for students in training programs. -Develop labor market intelligence (LMI) to support evidence based planning and decision making.
