Information from Cleveland Police Alleged Assault, Brotton High Street Police are appealing for information to an alleged assault on Brotton High Street in the early hours of yesterday (Sunday 29th June). The attack was reported to have taken place between the Railway Arms and the Co-Op Store and a 38 year old man received numerous facial injuries. A 39 year old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and has been bailed pending further enquiries. Police know there were a number of people in the area at the time and they urge them to come forward with information. Officers believe witnesses may have seen the alleged incident itself or any events inside the Railway Arms Pub beforehand.
