Information from Cleveland police Appeal after Man Suffers Facial Injuries, Middlesbrough Police are appealing for information after a man received facial injuries, believed to have been caused by a glass bottle. The incident happened at around 8.30pm on Thursday 26th June on Harewood Street in Middlesbrough. The 30-year-old man is believed to have been hit with a glass bottle by two male suspects. He had to undergo surgery at James Cook University Hospital. A 27-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault and has been bailed pending further enquiries.
