Information from Cleveland police Appeal after Report of Suspicious Man in Car Park, Middlesbrough Police are appealing for a number of women to come forward after receiving a report from a third party of a man acting suspiciously in Captain Cook Square Car Park on Brentnall Street in Middlesbrough. Officers have been told that a number of women have felt ‘uncomfortable’ about a man who they believed had followed them to their cars. Police have not received any direct complaints or reports from any of the women and are appealing for them to come forward so they can get a clearer picture of what has happened, when it has taken place, and get descriptions of the man.
