Information that was withheld from you, the voting public, until after the election by this National Government is now out and it recommends spending no more money fixing the problem of child poverty. In fact it recommends taking money away from you if you have older children. Nationals Paula Bennet was one person behind the holding back this information until after the election. We all know that older kids cost more money, well this National Government doesnt seem to understand this reality. If you have one of those teenagers that eat more and have more expenses at school, etc etc etc, then you could have money taken off your family. A very sycophantic report is out recommending working for family money is taken off families with older kids. Even people who contributed to the report are questioning the recommendations from the Ministry of Social Development. New Zealand you have been screwed.
