Infuriates me how ignorant people are towards mental illness and depression. I also find it shameful to say that one life is more important than another because they are a public figure.. No one would care if they wasnt famous If people continue to have such a uncaring judgemental attitude, people that suffer will remain isolated they will not ask for help for a fear of being judged on how they are feeling being seen as selfish.. Its affect 3/10 people so there is a good chance that someone you love or someone you know is suffering in silence.. Be the person they need.
